We’re hyped to get HVYD gear in your hands. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
During peak times or product drops, processing may take slightly longer—we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–7 business days

U.S.: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs, or weather conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at info@hvy-d.com.
Duties & Taxes

Canada: No additional duties or import fees.

U.S. & International: Orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s policies. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. While we’ll do our best to assist, HVYD is not liable for packages once they are in transit.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address at checkout.
