We get it—sometimes a fit doesn’t feel right. We offer returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must be attached

Must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer return labels at this time.
To start a return, email info@hvy-d.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a store credit so you can reorder the correct item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly.
EU Orders
For EU customers, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please note we only offer store credit or exchange, not refunds. Shipping costs still apply.
